Testimonials

Shally Steckerl, Founder of The Sourcing Institute Foundation, describes Nichol as,

"an exceptionally fast learner and a bottomless pit of curiosity. I've been most impressed with her ability to think laterally, tenaciously approaching difficult problems with always a cheerful smile and winning disposition."

"Nichol is the backbone of TuathaMuse. She is always extremely focused and brings a great deal to the table, including our contributing author program and contributor training that she designed from the ground up, and she has helped us increase our overall productivity by introducing automation and efficient working-meetings."

~ Jenn Sciavonne, Member of the Board, TuathaMuse

"Ms. Lachen helped our organization clarify its direction and incorporate a new outreach process that we can actually track and measure. She was able to boil down the issues we were struggling to confront and help us create actionable goals with measurable results."

~ Carolyn Jeffries, Assistant Director, South Carolina Centers for Equal Justice

"We are excited about the launch of our new service model. Thank you for helping us create the process and realigning our services for the pivot, we couldn't have done it without you!"
